Crystal Prompt Error SAP BO 4.1

Hi Everbody

I have a problem with environment SAP BO 4.1 and Crystal Reports 2013

If I open Crystal Reports in LauchPad with Administrator I can see my prompts  but If I open my Crystal reports in LauchPad with other user my prompt is not apper.

I find that is about  privileges but i dont now where I put this role.
