name and type already exists under object 'Users'. (FWB 0026)

Morning:

I was reviewing a user's security in CMC DEV when I received a random Java error so I closed Internet Explorer and

logged back in CMC. When I went to search for the user that I was reviewing before the Java error, I was unable to

find the account in the User and Groups search. I ran the Windows AD jobs to see if it would bring the missing user

acocunt back into CMC but it did not. I then tried to create the missing account manually through Authenication but

it gave me this error "Your content has been rejected: name and type already exists under object 'Users'. (FWB

00026)". I also tried to import the missing user account via LCM but recieved a similar error.

Any ideas?
