Crystal Reports Processing Server : Oldest On-Demand Data Given to Clients

Dear all,

What is the role of the options "Oldest On-Demand Data Given to Clients" and "Viewer Refresh Always Yields Current Data" of the Crystal Reports Processing Server ?

I know the meaning of these options for the Crystal Reports Cache Server.

But why do these options exist as well in the Crystal Reports Processing Server ?

Is the Crystal Reports Processing Server caching data ? In my opinion it is only the Crystal Reports Cache Server that caches data.
