We have developed a Java application that is using the latest available Crystal Reports Java runtime to generate reports using RPT files.
It was working great with RPT files created with CR XI (Developer Version 11.0.0.1282), but we recently upgraded our work environment to CR for Enterprise 4.1 (Version 14.1.1.1036) and the reports that are being generated by our custom application from the RPT files created with this new version are missing every images. I have tried using multiple export formats, different runtime versions and tried to create reports with embedded images or external images and none of these solutions have been working.
Does anybody have an idea how I could fix this issue?
