Custom Color for Target line with dual axis graph-webi 4.1

Hi I need to create a custom color for target line alone in dual axis bar graph in webi;can anyone reply if the option is available

the requirement is to display 3 different colors in graph

1.Target line in black color

2.Measure with <target value-Red color

3.Measure with>target value-Green color.
