Performance Testing in BI 4.1 using Jmeter

Hi all. I am following this document form James Raap Performance Testing in BI 4.1 

and setup my threads exactly as mentioned but still not working as expected. I am not seeing any session id passed from logon thread to webi report thread. Can anyone help ? Please let me know what you need to see and what do you want me to check, we can start from there
