Hi Experts,
We are setting up the Solution Manager as well the SAPRouter service in Win2008 R2. The service there has been started. When we entered the Support Portal to access Remote Support > Remote Connections > Maintain Connections, the SAProuter status reported varies, ie. Connected in Service Connection page and Connection closed in SystemData dialog. They remains unchanged whatever I started/stopped the SAPRouter service in Windows. Pls advise which of them should reflect the real connection status.
