Hi,
When logged on via DESKI we are unable to view the reports to import, though they are present on the BO server.
This happens when 4.0 client tool is installed on the same machine having BO 3.1 client tool.
Hence, later i decide to uninstall 4.0 client from this machine, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone experienced this before and have found resoultion? Please guide.
