I thinking I am running into problems with access rights but I am not sure.
I am using CMC running on an Enterprise XI 3.1 platform.
I have created a group that has view and schedule access rights on all crystal reports in a folder. I have also created a user that I want all of these reports to be scheduled by for running.
The plan is that all report developers will load their reports into the system and the schedule them for this generic user.
I am hoping this prevents problems when a developer leaves and is deleted from the system.
I have given the report developer group full full control of the generic user in "Manage user security"
However, when I log in as a member of the group, I am not able to see anyone in the list when I select 'Schedule for specified users and user groups'. If I go in as administrator, I see everybody on the system when I use the same option.
Is what I am trying to do not possible?
Or am I making a mistake with my access control rights?
