I know this is probably addressed quite some time but I didnt really find a solution for this. We are facing the error below sporadically while scheduling reports and I wanted to your all's input. The solutions I have looked at are adding the cluster name to the host file. But if I do that then dont I have the full name or the IP for it right?
Would it help to increase the maximum attempts to retrieve a document from FRS to 3. We are on SAP BI 4.0 SP4 Patch15 and all the servers are up and running.
