BI4.1 Server Sizing on Windows 2008 Servers

Hi All,

Here is our current BOXI 3.1 SP5 Environment on Windows 2003 Servers:

Windows 2003 servers.

BOXIR3.1 SP5 Version.

Total Users- 3000.(Approx)

Active Users - 100 per day.

CMS DB - SQL Server 2003

We are in the process of upgrading our environment to BI 4.1.

Can anyone assist me with sizing the servers(Windows 2008 64-bit) based on our current environment.

It would be even nice if you can assist me with a standard approach to do the sizing,RAM etc on the windows platforms.

I have also referenced the BI 4 Sizing guide but ran into many querris to identify the appropriate sizing metrics.

ANy help with this sizing exercise is much appreciated.
