Get objects list by user

Hello,

A quick question, is there a tool we can query the objects by user's id to get all objects the user has access?

For example, if the user is USERID, I would make sure the user gets all the access he need. But very often I have to tell the user to give a try to make sure.

Do we have such tool to list all objects the user could access?
