Hello Experts,
I just finished the migration of the contents from XI R2 SP1 system to BI 4 SP6 via XI 3.1 SP6.
Everything looks nice, until went and checked the scheduling options of Crystal Reports. It looks like the scheduling settings are nor migrated at all.
Is that expected? or Did i miss something while migrating, if yes how can i fix them.
I searched over the forums and in one of the thread(http://support.infosol.com/thread.aspx?ID=517&forum=InfoBurst)
they say the following
"Any Schedules that you create in InfoBurst, whether it be InfoBurst 2.6 or InfoBurst Enterprise, are reusable when you upgrade your BOE platform. Your existing XIR2 documents will be 'remapped' within the Burst/Schedule to point to the BI4 equivalent documents, and the Schedules should work as before."
So, why it didn't work for us? I am curious 
and same time worried
