Hybrid Client-Server Application With Crystal Reports

Hi,

I want to create an hybrid client-server application with integration of Crystal Reports. The client application would be a WPF app and a Web app. This application is for using internally in a company. So, can I use Crystal Reports 2013 to integrate reports in this type of architecture or do I need a Crystal Server?

I was reading about Crystal Server Licenses. There are 2 types of licenses: NUL and CAL and I know how these works but I have a doubt. The restrictions of these licenses is only when I want to access the server and make some changes or they apply too when I want to show reports in client app?
