Hi Team,
When ever User try to make any changes to Preference from infoview , its settings are not being saved.
No Errors are logged in any of the BOXI log files.
ENV: BOXI 3.1 sp7
IE: 9
Any Suggestion highly appreciated.
Followed These article still have same issues. :
1689131 - Users are not able to change InfoView Preferences.
1704660 - Multiple changes in preferences not being saved in .Net Infoview
