Can we Migrate the reports from BO 3.1 to 4.1 by Last update date

Required details on below scenario

Scenario:

I have 20 reports in my BO 3.1 Server , Migrated to BO 4.1 by using UMT

we have got a requirement, out of 20 reports 5 reports are updated in BO 3.1 ,Last updated date will get changed to updated report

So i need to migrate the 5 New reports from 3.1 and 5 recent updated reports which is already available in 4.1

Do we have option to migrate the report from 3.1 to 4.1 by considering last updated date?

when we migrate the report does tool will compare the reports between 3.1 to 4.1 , if its isame name it will over rite the report

So that when we migrate the report we can compare the report name by last update date so that we can hold two copies

This is just scenario, required inputs , not yet tried to implement.
