Space issue in Boxi :- Local drive

Hi All,

We are using s/w SAP BO 3.1 sp7

300+ reports are scheduled as per daily run and each report fetches more 10 to 20 MB of data .

Issue:  File Store (Input and output folder) occupies max of hard disk (around 70% hard disk )

My Inputs:

We tried to place File store folder in share drive  and tried to change path in server ,we are facing issue .

Is there any alternate way to resolve this issue .
