Hi experts, i want to ask to you if somebody can help me with an issue related to Active Directory Single Sign ON.
We've configured Active Directory authentication and it works fine when loging manually using AD.
We've also configured SSO and it alredy shows ** credentials obtained .. ** in the logs, also we can log using SSO on clients(dashboards, webi rich client). However we can login on BI LaunchPad just manually, not with SSO. We've alredy applied the oficial notes to configure IE and firefox but still no luck. Do you have any suggestions of why it could be posible to use SSO with clients but not web?
