Auto saved webi document list

Dear Members,

Because of a recent audit issue in our PROD environment due to a lengthy file name of a webi report, we would like to keep a check on length of the name of the auto saved documents(that gets stored in the recovery folder ~WebIntelligence).

What we would like to do is as below -

1. Create a report that pulls the names of all the reports in the ~WebIntelligence folder of the users
2. If the length of any of reports is more than N chars we would send out emails to such users to either rename or delete them
3. This way we will avoid the audit issues due to this

Can someone guide me to achieve this, if possible.
