Upgrade BI4.0 to 4.1

Hello,

We are upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1. I wanted to inquire about a few things before we do that.

What is the maximum number of objects I can move from 4.0 to 4.1 at a time using Promotion Management (LCM). Since we have a huge inventory, we want to minimize the upgrade time/ reduce downtime.

Also, do we have any Best Practice document by SAP that we can use or any document that shows a step by step process of Promotion Management?
