Dashboard or webi cannot connect to OLAP Source

Dear experts,

I create a OLAP connection in CMC, it can connect BW. It can be used to create a report about Analysis edition for OLAP. But for dashboard or webi, an error occurs.

My environment is

•SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 4 Patch 2

•Dashboard 4.1 Support Pack 4

I have searched notes, but no solution. Is there any solution for this? Thanks a lot.
