Print Without Export authourization

Hi Expert

     we have BusinessObject 4.0 SP2 PL 12.

My director asked me to close export on web server.

we remove export authorization from user, the export bottom became deemed.

But when try to print, we received the following error:

The viewer could not process an event. Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Right To Export' on report 'frs://Input/a_039/092/002/154663/x-guid[aavm3okdemdlrfp1cfap8li].rpt'. Please ask your system administrator to grant you this right. []
