Blank row is not coming with input ready query

Hi Experts,

I am new in BW Integrated planning.My input ready query is not showing blank rows. I have following data set:

Financial plan ID    Version      Country     quantity(KF)

      1500                 2                 IND             50

       1588                 2                 IND             60

Case1:  When I execute query for single value Financial ID i.e 1500 or 1588  , Blank row is coming in query instead version is not in eight er row or column.

Case2: When I execute same query with both financial id , query gets input ready with blank rows only when Version is in drill down .

Note: Version is Compounded with Financial ID.

Can you please explain the system behavior.
