Hi Folks,
I have an issue related to multiple sessions.
Version: SAP BI 4.1 SP4.
We have Netweaver portal configured from which users will access the reports. In the portal, we have a opendoc report (Crystal), upon clicking it will open and the user will access the values. In the same URL, as we have SSO in place, we are passing logon token to the opendoc syntax so that he can view the data for which he is authorized for. When the user clicking on the link(opendoc), it is opening and so creating a session in CMC. But, here our problem is, as the report is loading slowly, the users are clicking on the link multiple times because of which it is creating multiple sessions for the same user. Means, suppose the user is clicking on the link for 4 times, four sessions are getting created. As the number of licenses are limited and the users having multiple number of sessions on their names, remainig users are getting an error message(Maximum number of concurrent sessions have reached).
We are already using the option "End Session" to kill the additional session from CMC but it doesn't look like a permanent solution.
Please suggest, is there any way that we can restrict the number of session to one per one user even if he click on the link for more than onec?
We are cracking our heads to reslove this issue. Help needed.
Thanks in Advance,
Ravi Kishore Y.
