IDT - Error Viewing Data Foundation Tables

Hi,

I am trying to set up a data foundation within a IDT project I've created but I keep getting the error message "Conversion from UTF8 to charset failed: Encoding not loaded".

This occurs when I try to select the tables form a connection.

I've already looked at the SAP note 1700724 and have added the path into the PATH Enviroment variable but this hasn't worked. Before going through the pain of logging this with SAP does anyone know how I can fix the problem.
