Crystal 2011 - BW Publisher Service

Hi community,

is there any updated guide for the configuration of the BW Publisher Service with Crystal 2011 ?!

We follow this guide from Ingo, but this one is for XI3

The BW Team needs the configuration parameters of our BI4 environment.

We have a problem cause in our deployment on our BI (AIX) Server there is no Path called "SAP".

And it is not working.

We get the error message:

"Unable to log on to Enterprise system. Reason: Security plugin error: An error has occurred in the plugin, but the plugin is unable to return a detailed error message."
