Load balancing b/w 3 nodes which are installed with full but on same db

Hi All

We have a scenario where my clients want to install BOBJ 4 SPS5 on 3 nodes with option full but have same db for cms,audit database and frs on nfs mount and he wants to configure the load balancing between 3 server.

Could you please suggest how to do it,as per threads all are saying that need to install second and third node using option expand and have to provide the cluster key of first node,but here my scenario is different.we have installed all 3 servers with full option.

Please advice.
