Crystal report not displaying Dynamic parameters when logged in an AD user

I recently migrated some crystal reports from CR XI to BO 4.1 and some of the reports have cascading Dynamic Parameters

I was able to successfully run these reports when i log into BI Lauchpad as an Administrator and the dynamical paramteres where displayed to pick a value

However, when i tried to run these reports when logged in as n AD user the dynamci parameters are not getting populated with values.

I have searched through the forum and tried what was suggested here https:/scn.sap.com/thread/3722041 but it didn't work

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this issue
