Need a message in BI launchpad

Hi,

My requirement is to modify BI launchpad.I am aware that we can below items by changing customize.css in web\service folder

• Favicon (the icon displayed in the browser URL bar)

• Logos

• Certain background patterns and colors

• Certain animated gifs (for example, the progress indicator)

• Certain CSS styles (borders, padding, margins, and so on)

• JavaScript files for the Crystal Reports JavaScript viewer

But i am looking for a static message to be displayed in BI Infoview Launcpad after user logs in .Is this option feasible in BI 4.1 version.

I have checked the periovous discussions in the forum,but i didnt find the information related to this.
