Auditing reports in My Favourites

hi,

can the reports which are saved in personal or my favourites folders get audited if im using sample reports given by SAP?

And can the reports which are saved in local machine get audited(i mean if i run them and dont export them to repository).

If yes,do i need to do any additional steps to carry out this above steps while working in 3.1
