WEBI error: variable references dimension which is not part of the cube

Hi Experts:

I am facing the following issue.  I have recently made some changes to restricted key figures for a Multiprovider, and I am able to run the queries in Bex fine.  In the development system, I am also able to run the WEBI reports that are created on top of the Bex Queries.  The changes to the restricted key figures were transported to QA.  In QA, when I run the same reports, I am getting an error message that:

A database error occured.  The database error text is:  The application cannot be opened because the mandatory SAP variable Select Fiscal Period references dimension [0FISCPER], which is not part of the cube.  (WIS 10901).

Does anyone know what this issue is and why it would behave differently in Dev and QA and how to resolve the issue?
