User Groups assigned for Public folders

Hi All,

I am trying to build a report where-in the user groups assigned to each folder would be displayed.

I know we can use relationship query and view the access levels in CMC. But I have around 65000 reports for many folders and sub folders. Can anyone help me with a JAVA code which would help extract this information.
