Hi Team,
Could you please let us know why our scheduled report are failing with the error message "The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed: PD 3 in \\XXX\xxxx\xxx\xxxx.xls. (DMA0007)".
The Deski report having 3 data provider, 2 DP are from universe and 1 is from Excel.
Here are the steps we have followed:
-- We have manually refreshed the report in deski client tool and the report is successfully refreshed.
-- We have scheduled the report to one mail id/file location and it is failing with the above message.
Please let us know what the steps we need to take to schedule the report.
