We are running 4.0 SP06. Why do I have two "Run Now" menu items in the context menu when I right-click on a historical instance of a report?

I have done some basic testing and and I have not been able to discern a difference between them.
I know this is minor, but if in fact they do the same thing this does not inspire confidence in me. I would expect more from even a junior level programmer.
Any one else notice this?
