A report was created by an admin account and takes 7 seconds to refresh. Refreshing by an end user with refreshing rights takes about 82 seconds. When the end user is added to the admin group it takes again just 7 seconds. Looking at the rights I see no reason why rights might be an issue, no conflicts with inherited rights whatsoever.
The end user is a member of the primary user group with content-standard and to give refreshing rights, the user is added to a add-on group Content Refreshing, which is in hierarchy on the same level as the Administrators group.
I don't understand the difference, and for reports with a refreshing time of about 3 minutes the time for the end user will rise to about 21 minutes, which is not acceptable.
Anybody with the same experience or solution?
