This is an oversimplification of the data, but we have a report that is currently pulling the sales data with Manager_Name as a parameter. So when we run the report and choose Mark, it generates the sales rows attached to Mark's Manager_ID, and then we can send him the results. We can easily set up a schedule with Crystal Server to email Mark his report once each week, and the same for the 20+ other managers. Problem is, each individual scheduled report needs maintained for turnover and new hires. So here is what I would ideally like to set up...
Schedule only one report and automate that scheduled report to send each manager only his/her results, based on their email address in the data. So for example, if Mark has 50 rows attached to his id, the report generates those 50 rows and then sends to the email address attached to Mark in the Manger table. Then the scheduled reports does this for each manager.
Can I do this with Crystal Server or perhaps with third party scheduling software?
