Culture not supported exception occurred while accessing the webi report from asp.net

Hi Professionals.

i am facing with following error while accessing the webi report which is developed in the sap bo objects and my task is to integrate the sap webi report in asp.net web application.  rest of the login procedure is working fine with the type if windows active directiory.

"The type initializer for 'BusinessObjects.CELIB.Conversion.LocaleConversion' threw an exception."

"Culture name 'en-cb' is not supported.\r\nParameter name: name"

Is it issue with the .net framework update or something else ,please any guru help me.
