How to fix the prompt screen in OpenDocument.aspx ?

Hello everyone,

I am using Crystal Reports XI R 2 on Windows 2003 and IIS 6.0, I want to access my reports via OpenDocument,

But everytime i call opendocument.aspx with required parameter, all it gives me is "Prompt" screen with blank field. but i can see all parameters fields and values in url.

Please let me know if someone knows how to fix it?
