Crystal Reports Viewer: Custom images not rendered

Hi,

I am working on migrating from Crystal reports 2008 to SAP BO BI 4.0

I am able to view the reports using CrystalReportViewer. But I am not able to view any of my custom JS or CSS values in the source file of the report page(View Source)

The older version of the Crystal Report Viewers is adding the Javascript include statements.

But in the report generated using the latest CrystalReportViewer, its not being added.

I am trying to use a header image(GIF) in my crystal reports viewer page. But because of this issue the image is not being rendered.

Can any one help me in understanding this behaviour.?
