BO4 - query builder queries + lcm + - how to get the reports from folder hierarchy

Hi,

We are looking into creating a series of lcm command line jobs to create lcmbira files  - one for each department.

This would be useful for migrating content to dev/qa servers as could then selectively import the content as required.

Plan to use the lcm command line tool for this to keep the size of lcmbiar files small

from a sap note (1634692) got following but this will list all webi reports.

exportQuery1=select * from ci_Infoobjects where si_kind='Webi'

Our folder structure is a hierarchy e.g  company_folder (several as different companies)

Within each company folder there is a department fodler and withinh each departmental folder can be several sub-folders.

What want to set up is say for coampny a with 10 departments - want to have a 10 scripts which run to create 10 lcmbiar files - one for each departments folders which will run daily and be dynamic.

Have the following questions

1)  What is link  to query builder in bo4 (using bop4 sp8)

Is it as below?

http://MyServer:Port/AdminTools

2) How can we construct a query such that anytime the sscript rusn it will pick upsay company a, deparment marketing and all its sub-folders and all reports.

Seen queris such as below looking for folders
SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS

WHERE SI_PARENTID=23 AND SI_NAME = 'COMPANY A'

but not how to adpat to then get sub-folder finance from this (  bearing in mind users can create own sub-folders within  finance and would like all thes epicked up as well.

Anyone coudl advise how we can achieve this that woudl be great.

Also, is there any downside to running such promotion management scripts when system live - assume will be fien - plan on staggering them e.g have 10 or so scripts run 1 after the other in a master script serailly?
