SIA not starting

Hello Experts ,

                         We are using BO 4.0 , all our reports are live in production , unfortunately Server Intelligent Agent(SIA) is not starting , please suggest what should be done. If we re-install BO 4.0 how can we restore all the reports, we have reports in Webi and crystal report.
