Design Studio Startup Mode "SAP BI Platform" with external Web Service URL (http://192.xxx.xxx.xx:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session)

Hi experts,

we want to use the Startup Mode "SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" in the Design Studio Client from Remote Session (external access)

Our Scenario looks like as follow:

The CMC and the BI Launch Pad are accessable with the internal (customer) and external (remote) Access

Internal Access

http://hostname:8080/BOE/CMC

http://hostname:8080/BOE/BI

External Access

http://192.xxx.xxx.xx:8080/BOE/CMC

http://192.xxx.xxx.xx:8080/BOE/BI

The SAP BO Design Studio Login to the SAP BI Platform works fine with the internal Adress:

http://hostname:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session

That is demonstrated by the successful call of the adress http://hostname:8080/dswsbobje/services

But, if we try to Logon to the SAP BI Platform with the external Adress (http://192.xxx.xxx.xx:8080/dswsbobje/services/Session) the message "Could not initiate connection. Check the Web Service URL."

Any ideas to use the Startup Mode "SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform" with the external Adress (remote) of the BI Platform? Remarkable is (see above), that the CMC and the BI LaunchPad are accessable with the internal and external adress.
