I have a publication to develop that requires the email itself to be personalized. My problem is that the personalization i have to make is not one of the prompts to generate the source report. I have noticed that you can add placeholders ex. (%{?ReportPeriod}-VALUE% ,%{?ReportPeriod}-NAME%}) only if it is one of the prompts of the source report.
However i need to personalize the email using values that are not prompts of the source report. I have put the values inside the dynamic recipients report (which is an crystal report) and i can't seem to add those columns as placeholder for the email.
How can i fix this problem?
