Export/Promote Information space in explorer

Hello,

I am on BI 4.1 with Windows 2008 server. I need to promote/export them from one BI 4.1 to another 4.1.

I have created a Promotion job and added a connection and all its dependent objects. It worked fine and all objects moved successfully.

But The issue I am having is that it did not include the Explorer “Information Spaces”. It uses the same connection like other objects.

I have read some note like 1565509, 1633847, 1627011 but they all talk about general procedure and I am already following it. I could not find any concrete information in the guide as well.

Is there any separate method for this?

Please advice.
