On machine A I have the full install of BI 4.1 SP1 on a Windows Server 2008 OS. On machine B I have the web tier of BI 4.1 SP1 on a Windows Server 2008 OS and this resides in a DMZ.
I have a dashboard that has been developed and published to the launch pad. It can be viewed, run and the properties checked successfully on machine A however on machine B I am getting the following error message.
"An unexpected error has occurred. The exception thrown was: Unable to find servers in CMS XXX:6400 and cluster @XXX with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014) (FWM 08010)"
This error is not Dsahboards specific as it appears to any report that is saved to the LaunchPad. Does anyone have any suggestions of what could be causing the error? All servers are up and running and I can log in successfully on both machines.
I have just discovered that if I use the tomcat instance of A on B then I can run and view the properties of the dashboard.
