Install BOXi 3.1 sp4

Hi,

i am new to Installation , I need to install BOXi 3.1 sp4 where can i find it  after logging  into SAP support. please provide more details and installation guide so that i can carry on . I  am using a java based business object enterprise.

I have "ENTERPRISE04_0-10007443.exe" but when i install i am getting the following error.
