Unable to access BI launchpad through iview

Hi All,

We have successfully created SAP BO Landscape in Netweaver 7.3 and connection tests Ok. Now I have created iview for SAP BO but as soon as I enter alias name and Document id type as Document Document id (cu id), next page does not go to SAP BI Launchpad and gives an error; internet explorer cannot display the web page.

Please help.
