Dashboard - unique values

Hi all,

I need to build unique values based on my source records. The values can be in any order as shown below. Any dashboard component or excel function that can help achieve this? I have looked at the filtered rows option that gives the unique labels but there is no option to bind the unique labels to excel, which I will need for further logic.
