Tomcat 7 Load Balancing using F5 in BI4.1

Hi All,

Need help here as we are planning to configure our BI4.1 environment application layer with corporate F5.

BI4.1 SP1

Windows 2008 R2

Tomcat 7

7 Nodes in a cluster (2 Tomcats, 2 CMS, 2 Processing & 1 FRS on SAN)

As per the recommendations given in BI pattern book I've configured Tomcat clustering and also followed the link (Apache Tomcat 6.0 (6.0.39) - Clustering/Session Replication HOW-TO)

Need help on followings:

1. What are the prerequisites for Tomcat side to configure with F5?

2. We are looking for single URL that should distribute the load among both the tomcats?

3. What all configuration is required to acheive this?
