[BO 4.0 SP6] Failed to open Crystal Report Engine

Hi,

After a new installation of BO 4.0 SP6 in a new environment, the process CrystalReports2011ReportApplicationServer is always failing to launch. Looking in the event viewer, we found these entries bout crystalras.exe process.

Failed to open Crystal Report Engine.

A interesting test that we did, If I go directly in the crystalras.exe and try to run, returns this error: "failed to read key code from registry". But, I already tried customer license and also our Employee License Keys and it's not working.

Do you know how can I solve this issue?
